hmm the signeller from the WWI set was the first one to come to mind. They officer from the original 8th Army is also suggested but the leg pose is wrong. Several early sets had chaps waving rifles but they all have a foot forward. After reviewing the newer sets that I'm not that familiar with, the closest I can see is the refueling guy from the Luftwafte set.
Looks a little like the WW2 Australian commander to me???
ReplyDeleteI'll go for WW1 Brit's, 2nd row, 3rd from the left.Signalling with flags. Or it could be French Foreign legion, bottem row, 1st on the left.
ReplyDeleteSemaphore signaller I'd say.
ReplyDeleteNope, try again chaps.
ReplyDeleteCould be a couple of them..but I´ll go for the one with the spanner..Luftwaffe set

Maybe the refueling?? guy in the Luftwaffe set.Right hand end of the 2nd row??
ReplyDeleteI'm with Rodger - definitely the refuelling guy!
ReplyDeleteCould be the refuelling bod..but his head´s facing the wrong way ;-D
ReplyDeletePaul got it - bloke with the spanner (Luftwaffe row 2 figure 2). But I didn't get his legs quite right, so sorry about that!
